Your account, billing & how AccessCore charges you
Who this is for — you want to know exactly what AccessCore costs you, when you're charged, and what happens if your balance hits zero.
AccessCore has no subscriptions and no monthly seat fees. You start on a free allowance; past it, you pay only for what you use, from a prepaid wallet, once a night — never mid-day, never a surprise. When you earn, we earn. That's the whole model.
What's actually counted
- Active subscribers
Your named customers (home and office lines) inside a paid period, priced per subscriber per month — in volume bands, so growing makes each subscriber cheaper.
- Hotspot activations
Fresh voucher or portal activations since the 1st of the month.
Your free allowance covers a published number of subscribers and monthly activations — the current figures are always shown on your Wallet page, along with exactly where you stand against them. Under the allowance, nothing is charged at all.
The wallet: your account with us
- See where you stand
Wallet shows your balance, your average daily burn, and a projected days left. The Usage — day by day table lists every night's charge, and every row has an explain link showing the exact arithmetic — count × rate, nothing hidden.
- Top up when you need to
Use the Top up card — by mobile-money prompt, card checkout or bank transfer, depending on what's enabled. Top-ups credit instantly and you get an emailed receipt for each one.
- Never think about it again
Turn on Auto top-up: when your balance falls below a floor you set, AccessCore sends the payment request to your phone for you — with a monthly safety cap so it can never run away. Add SMS alerts if you want a heads-up instead.
- Download your paperwork
Statement ↧ gives you a monthly statement — opening balance, top-ups, usage, closing balance — as CSV or print/PDF, ready for your accountant.

What happens at zero balance
The part every operator worries about, so here it is plainly: your customers are never cut off because of your balance with us. Even at zero, active customers stay online and your portal keeps signing people in — that's policy, not luck. What actually happens: first a grace period where everything still works, then only new billable sales past your allowance pause until you top up. The moment a top-up lands, everything unlocks.
Growing out of the free allowance
Three ways to be billed, all shown under Settings → billing:
- Free allowance
Where everyone starts. Free until you pass the allowance; usage past it is billed nightly from your wallet.
- Pay as you grow
No allowance, no ceilings — every unit billed nightly at your rate card. Self-service switch on the Wallet page.
- Invoiced
For established operations: usage accrues on credit and one invoice lands at month-end. Granted on request, earned through a track record of months where your top-ups covered your usage — the billing page shows your progress toward it.
Don't confuse the two wallets — Wallet in your sidebar is your account with AccessCore. Your customers' wallets (for renewals and auto-renew) live on their own pages and their portal. Money never mixes between them.
What success looks like
- You can say what you're charged for, in one sentence, and point at the row that proves it.
- Your wallet shows a healthy days left — or auto top-up is on and you've stopped checking.
- Month-end paperwork is one click: Statement ↧.
