What is AccessCore?

The whole idea — devices, plans, payments, and your customers’ portal — in 80 seconds.

An 80-second animated tour — no sound needed, safe to watch anywhere.

02Everything included

One console. Your whole operation.

From the device in the field to the money in your account — every moving part of an internet business, wired together and watchable in real time. These are real screenshots.

Billing that closes the loop

Prepaid, postpaid and metered billing that doesn't stop at the invoice — it follows the money to the network and back, and tells you what's collected, earned, or still deferred.

Prepaid & postpaid — vouchers and mobile-money top-ups, or monthly invoices and credit notes for corporate lines.
Usage caps & fair-use that actually enforce — warn honestly, then throttle or cut exactly when the plan says so.
Every payment explained — each deduction expands into its arithmetic. If a number ever looks wrong, the receipt is one tap away.
Transactions in the AccessCore console — plans and hotspot passes paid by mobile money and voucher

Devices without the folklore

A guided wizard onboards MikroTik routers over the API — or with a single paste on devices without API access — with no consultant and no fragile scripts to babysit. Add every router you run: you're billed per subscriber, not per device.

RouterOS 6 and 7 in one fleet — WireGuard or SSTP tunnels for routers behind NAT, direct RADIUS for routers with a public IP, one Devices screen for all of it.
Uplink-safe by design — the port your internet comes in on is detected and locked out of every dropdown, so you can't cut yourself off.
Security scans & drift detection — one click audits ports, services and rules; safe fixes applied, the rest reported. If a passing check starts failing, you hear first.

Vouchers & a portal that sell for you

Print voucher batches for your agents, or let customers pay on the WiFi page itself. Stock, sales mix and fraud signals live on your dashboard.

Voucher fraud signals — blocked redemptions of unsold codes, and a log of who viewed or printed stock. Insider leaks show up here first.
Agents & resellers — give sellers their own stock, discounts and ledgers without giving them your books. A field desk for cash renewals included.
Voucher-only mode — no payment gateway yet? Hide online payment entirely and sell purely through vouchers until you're ready.

Money & messages where your customers are

Mobile money first, cards and cash too — with receipts and reminders on the channels people actually read, and a delivery receipt for every single message.

Bring your own gateway — plug in your mobile-money or card provider and keep your own settlement. Your money never passes through us. Automatic failover if a gateway goes down.
WhatsApp-first notifications — receipts, expiry reminders and alerts on WhatsApp, with SMS fallback across four supported SMS providers, and email where it belongs.
Live revenue — watch the month build day by day, split by mobile money vs vouchers vs invoices.

03New in AccessCore

A console that reads itself, so you don't have to.

Most panels give you fifteen screens and wish you luck. AccessCore watches all of them for you — and turns what it finds into a short list of things worth your time.

The needs-attention queue

One screen with everything that genuinely needs a human, sorted by what it costs to ignore. Every row says what will make it go away, and nothing has to be dismissed by hand — fix the cause and the row leaves on its own.

“Paid, but the network will refuse them” — caught and flagged before the customer calls. Do not take another payment; this one already landed.

The needs-attention queue — items sorted by cost of ignoring, each with the action that resolves it

The Communications Center

Every SMS, WhatsApp message and email your business sends, in one ledger with delivery receipts — outbox, history, per-channel health, and suppression you can inspect and release. If a provider starts failing, you see it before your customers feel it.

Four SMS providers supported — switch or mix providers per purpose, with per-message delivery status flowing back into the same ledger.

The Communications Center — channel health and the single ledger of every message sent
04Why operators switch

Software that tells you the truth.

Most billing panels report what the database hopes happened. AccessCore verifies what actually happened on your devices — and shows you, either way.

Verified on the wire

Cut a customer off and the router itself has to acknowledge it — we never mark it done on our own word. Where a change binds on the customer's next connection instead of right now, the console says so in those words. No green checkmark over a broken network.

Honest failure beats silent failure

If a device rejects a change, the console says so in plain language and offers the fix — while your customers stay online. No mystery tickets three days later.

Built to keep customers online

Whatever happens between us and your devices — outages, failovers, maintenance — paying customers keep signing in. Your service is not hostage to ours.

05The customer portal

The WiFi page that sells for you.

This is the page your customers meet — modelled on the real thing. Make it yours: name, colours, language, currency. Then buy a demo pass and watch it work on a phone, a laptop, or the TV in the lobby.

The real portal goes further: your logo, your plan lineup, your payment providers, voucher and reconnect flows included — hosted by us or served straight from your device.

06Live in one visit

From box to billing in three steps.

Sign up yourself

Online in minutes — most accounts open straight away, the rest are reviewed the same day. No quotes, no callbacks, no card up front — the free tier is the full product.

Connect a device

The guided wizard talks to your MikroTik over the API — and if the router has no API access, one paste does it. Existing customers can be imported, not retyped.

Start selling

Plans, vouchers and your branded portal go live. Money and sessions appear on your dashboard as they happen.

07Trust & security

Boring where it matters.

The exciting part of your business should be growth — not your billing system. Under the hood, AccessCore is deliberately conservative.

Carrier-class session control

Access is granted, metered and enforced with the same standards-based mechanisms large carriers rely on — proven infrastructure, not fragile screen-scraping.

Your business is walled off

Your customers, plans, money and devices are strictly separated from every other operator on the platform. Nothing crosses the wall, in either direction.

Built for bad days

Disaster recovery is designed, rehearsed and measured — not promised. Platform releases roll back in seconds. Whatever the day brings, your customers keep signing in.

Device security scans

One click audits each device for open ports, weak services and risky rules — fixes what's safe, reports the rest, and alerts you on drift.

Nothing lives only on one device

Lose a router and you haven't lost your business: customers, plans and vouchers are safe on the platform, device configs are backed up automatically, and your data exports whenever you want it.

Audit log, 2FA & session control

Every admin action, every money movement, every config change — timestamped and attributable. Two-factor sign-in, and the power to revoke any session or device from your account page.

08Pricing

You pay when your customers get online.

No licence tiers, no per-device fees, no seats. A prepaid wallet, usage deducted nightly, and every deduction explains its own arithmetic.

09Questions

Asked by operators like you.

Do I need new hardware?
No. AccessCore manages the MikroTik routers you already own — RouterOS 6 and 7 — over the API with the guided wizard, or with a one-time paste on devices without API access. Running different hardware? Tell us from the add-device screen — requests decide which vendor we build next.
What happens to my customers if AccessCore is unreachable?
They stay online. Devices keep serving their sessions through interruptions, and the platform is engineered — and regularly drilled — to ride out bad days without your customers noticing. We designed for the assumption that networks have bad days.
Can I use my own payment provider?
Yes — bring your own mobile-money or card gateway and settlement stays with your provider; your money never passes through us. Several gateways can run side by side with automatic failover. No gateway yet? Run voucher-only mode and add online payments later.
I already have hundreds of customers on my router. Do I retype them?
No. Point the console at your device and it reads your existing PPPoE subscribers and static clients, then imports them with a plan mapping — read-only until you confirm. There's a spreadsheet import for everything else.
How do my customers get receipts and reminders?
On the channels they actually read: WhatsApp first where you've connected it, with SMS fallback — four SMS providers are supported, and every message carries a delivery receipt into one ledger you can audit. Email is there for the documents that belong on it.
Is AccessCore tied to one country or currency?
No. Currency, dial codes, timezone and taxes are per-workspace settings. Operators run it wherever there's a network to bill.
Are any features locked behind a bigger plan?
No — there is one product. Free-tier operators get the same devices, portals, security scans and notifications as the largest network, and you pay for usage rather than for unlocking features. The single exception is cosmetic: free-tier portals carry a small "Powered by AccessCore" line at the foot of the page, which clears once your workspace is on paid usage.
