Create your plans and set prices
Who this is for — you're deciding what to sell: the packages, their prices, and what each buyer actually gets.
A plan is your product on a shelf: a name, a price, a duration, a speed, and optionally a data allowance. Once a plan exists, everything else — the portal, vouchers, agents, renewals — sells it for you. Your first plan takes about two minutes; a full menu, maybe fifteen.
Pick the right service type
The Service type field is the one decision that changes what a plan is:
- Hotspot
Walk-up WiFi access — day passes, weekly bundles. Sold on your WiFi page or as voucher codes; no account needed.
- PPPoE
Home and office lines that connect with a username and password — your monthly subscribers.
- Static
Like PPPoE, but the customer keeps one fixed address — for businesses, cameras, servers.
Create the plan
- Open Plans and click + New Plan
- Fill the essentials
Plan name (what buyers see — keep it short and plain, like "Day Pass"), Price, Service type, and Validity — a number plus minutes, hours, days or months.
- Watch the Buyer preview
The card at the top shows exactly how the plan will appear on your WiFi page, updating as you type. If it doesn't make sense there, it won't make sense to a buyer.
- Set limits — or don't
Under Limits (optional), choose No limit (Unlimited), Time only, Data only, or Time & Data, then the amounts. Leave it unlimited for flat packages.
- Set the speed
Under Speed, set download and upload — the Quick presets cover the common menus. No device configuration, ever: the speed applies wherever the customer signs in.
- Decide where it's sold
Sell on the customer portal is ticked by default. Untick it for plans sold only as vouchers, through agents, or negotiated — the plan stays fully active, it just never appears on your public page. Featured gives it the "Popular" badge.
- Click Create plan
It appears on your Plans list as Enabled — on sale immediately everywhere you allowed.

Quick presetsWorth knowing before you price a menu
Devices included — for hotspot plans, this is how many devices can use one purchase at the same time. 1 is the anti-sharing default. If you sell a multi-device plan (phone + TV), price each extra device at roughly +35–50% — each device gets the full plan speed.
Speed boost (burst) — optional polish: pages open at full tilt, sustained downloads settle back to the base speed. Great for making modest plans feel quick.
Fair-use policy — the honest way to sell "unlimited": after a data threshold the customer slows down instead of being cut off, and gets a text if you have messaging set up.
Retiring a plan? Three different tools: Disable hides it temporarily. Archive retires it — hidden from new sales, but existing vouchers and history are kept. Delete is permanent and only works if the plan was never sold. When in doubt, archive.
